Role

Hero Hatch team is looking for an Assistant Product Manager who can become a member of Freedo\'s core product team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building great products for customers and have a great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, knowledge about the market they\'re working within and industry trends to develop and oversee a successful product strategy for our solution.

A purpose driven role for you

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that are aligned to the company\'s vision and strategy. As a Product Manager in our team, you will collaborate with Developers, Designers, and Engineers to build multiple platforms which will help in creating an ecosystem for Shared Mobility, from Consumer to Rental Marketspace. You will be working cross functionally with the tech and business team to understand the requirements and then build things as per priority.
We at Freedo aim to liberate users from need of mobility by providing smart, tech driven two wheeler solutions, which can be availed through a common super app.

A Day in the life

Provide assistance with the product strategies, laying their final scope of work, and successful implementation within the team such that it is aligned to business goals and objectives.
Lead and deliver multiple innovation initiatives starting from ideation through prototyping working with innovation/technology consultants.
Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships.
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Apply agile methodology in developing experimental prototypes leveraging a sprint based, agile innovation method.
Drive ideation process in framing ideas to tangible concepts.
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the innovation lifecycle.
Scope and prioritize activities based on urgency in business and customer impact with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Create a go-to-market plan to maximize product adoption and success.
Define product metrics for your area, and track them continuously.
Create a product roadmap that has at least a 3-month forward-looking view of key business problems to be solved.
Product and engineering backlog management.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Experience: 2-5 years in relevant domain.
Relevant degree in product design or Proven experience working as a product developer/manager.
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech or an MBA.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

industry standard PM methodologies.
Should be passionate about Innovation and idea generation.
Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle including the design, development, testing and final deployment.
Must be capable of understanding the API documentations of integrations with various third party solutions.
Technology savvy with knowledge of latest trends and technologies in the market (Examples include Mobile, Analytics, Cloud, IoT, Wearables, Robotics etc).
Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Work directly with customers and team members to capture details of business to feature requirements, understand use cases and define test needs.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems.
Prior experience in Business or Technology role with experiences in Capability Strategy, Product Management, Business Systems Analytics, Data & Analytics or Engineering.
