JOB DESCRIPTION Job Overview Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision. Problems faced are routine. Essential Functions . Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines. . Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions. . Develops and implements solution validation plans. . Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans. . Builds training materials for the implemented solutions. . Trains customers on the implemented solutions. . Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements. . Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base. . Collaborates with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality. . Provides Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations. . Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment. . Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines. Qualifications . Bachelor\'s Degree Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience . Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements Pref . Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Req . Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Pref . Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate . Strong customer facing and presentation skills Intermediate .
