Position Summary:
ITT Inc. is looking for a Product Specialist to join their team in Vadodara, Gujarat(India). The Product Specialist will support Sales in acquiring orders of Centrifugal products to $50M per year worldwide and support preparation of business cases, bulletins, and success stories to promote products. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of proposal cost to estimate margins and have the ability to discuss strategic winning propositions to be competitive in the market. Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales force (direct/indirect) by providing technical information, costing, and application support.
• Determine product and buy-out cost estimates. Lead on-going value engineering projects to reduce product costs.
• Provide technical support, costing, bid preparation, and product promotion.
• Manage orders for special products including interpretation of specifications and schedule management.
• Prepare promotional product newsletters and presentations including customer and pump school training.
• Assist R&D Engineers with product engineering, analysis, and design to fully meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
• Assist Assembly and Test as required to resolve technical and contractual issues to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
• Troubleshooting and field problem resolution (for both Assigned Products and Others as directed by inquiry volume)
• Update the ePrism selection tool.
• Assist on pump school and customer trainings
• Assist other departments with engineering, production, and field service.

Position Requirements: Education: BS Degree in Engineering is required(Mechanical preferred)


Experience: At least 6 years of experience; engineered products experience is preferred
