Job Opportunity: Product Specialist ???? Mission: As a Product Specialist, your mission is to drive market presence and customer engagement for focused products. This role involves managing the complete product lifecycle, building strong customer relationships through scientific engagement, and executing strategic scientific business activations. We\'re seeking an individual with a unique blend of scientific proficiency, sales expertise, and effective interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Scientific Sales: Collaborate with the Center of Excellence team to create and manage scientific content for effective communication. Work with the marketing team to create customized promotional materials for different specialties. Communicate scientific literature detailing product features, benefits, and advantages. Develop and execute scientific communication plans in coordination with key stakeholders. Customer Relationship Management: Implement consultative sales strategies aligned with the specific needs of targeted customers. Gather and analyze customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions to understand customer needs. Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, engaging with Clinicians based on comprehensive customer profiles. Segment Clinicians by specialties and devise targeted sales strategies for each category. Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing performance management. Set product strategy and achieve sales targets for the assigned product portfolio within the designated territory. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with the Central team. Analyze competitors\' products and strategies, providing insights for potential product improvements. Business Activations: Plan and execute business activities such as RTMs, CME sessions, and product-led scientific seminars. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement the scientific engagement plan. Qualifications & Other Requirements: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Science or a related discipline. Strong scientific acumen to communicate technical information effectively. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry (For experienced profiles). Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets (For experienced profiles). Customer-centric approach with exceptional customer service skills. Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development initiatives. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Job Location: Jaipur Pay Scale: The Product Specialist will receive a competitive base salary, serving as the core of the compensation package. The fixed compensation is up to 5 LPA, supplemented by a variable component - Incentives. These incentives are directly tied to the achievement of key result areas for the quarter, as well as product-specific performance.
