ROLE (Grade will be decided as per requirement and candidate background): Product Sales Specialist - AC Power JOB LOCATION: Pune, Maharashtra, India EXPECTED DELIVERABLES Stay on top of industry & tech trends, produce ready reckoner, killer kits, etc. Work with business head in developing, owning, and delivering business plans to achieve Zones revenue goals for AC Power and PDU. Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to develop business strategies for revenue generation. Obtain customer feedback, identify new customers, and retain existing customers. Conduct product and sales trainings to CE and Partners. Assist in new product introduction and release programs. Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamic. Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities. Follow up with potential customers. Forecast and demand planning for the zone. Responsible for cross sell of LPDU business. DESIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Strong understanding of AC Power products & PDUs DESIRED BEHAVIORAL SKILLS Proven work experience in pursuing and closing large projects Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Negotiation skills Good time management skills Excellent presentation skills.
