Internal Description Responsible for the achievement of TFX targets assigned to the branches/channels \xc3\xbc Takes care of about 6 \xe2\x80\x93 12 branches and mostly aligned with ABM of branch banking, OR, a particular business segment (like Privy, Wealth, WCG, CorpSal etc) \xc3\xbc Identifies the TFX & FES opportunities in the assigned catchment / segment \xc3\xbc Regularly interacts with the branches / channels and presents the analysis of stock, market intelligence \xc3\xbc Identifies the training needs and puts the capability building plan in place \xc3\xbc Gathers the gather market information / competition trends to facilitate product developments / improvements by H O Product team \xc3\xbc Monitors the services standards/TAT and fixes the gaps, if any, by taking up with H.O \xc3\xbc Responsible for the quality of the accounts and compliance issues \xc3\xbc Ensures all customer queries/complaints, if any, are responded within the defined TAT \xc3\xbc Ensures that the branches / channels are adhered to all processes & guidelines \xc3\xbc Responsible for the channel / team\xe2\x80\x99s productivity Personality Traits & Required Skills: \xc3\xbc Should have the business acumen to spot the opportunities and make a business case to penetrate the market by preparing catchment specific strategy \xc3\xbc Ability to engage with various channels across Consumer Bank and leave a positive impact in every interaction \xc3\xbc Must be an effective communicator. Need to have good articulation skills \xc3\xbc Should possess good analytical & presentation skills
