As a Product Researcher, you\'ll be a part of EMBU

A purpose driven role for you

At EMBU Product team, are looking for a curious human capable of
working in dynamic and evolving environments of EV space. EV technology has levelled the playing field and created a lot of competition in terms of Price, Premium and Value. In a space that is fast evolving with new products in the market every day, customers have evolving expectations. It is more important than ever to have an overall package of Product and service that is both \xe2\x80\x9cComplete\xe2\x80\x9d without being \xe2\x80\x9cExcessive\xe2\x80\x9d.

A Day in the life

Primary responsibility:
Do everything that is needed to \xe2\x80\x9cunderstand the customer needs and
aspirations\xe2\x80\x9d.
1. Be in the field close to the customers - Observe the customers, try
being in the shoes of consumers, Conduct product focused personal and
group interactions - Gemba
2. Deploy scientific methods to fine tune customer\'s requirements - QFD.
Bring out desired secondary product parameters like reliability and NVH
that can become inputs for engineering processes like FMEA, Kansei
engineering.
3. Document understanding: Keep evolving and improving the model of
customer.

Secondary responsibilities: Find methodologies to estimate new opportunity size, acquire and interpret data, build logic on top, and present the findings.
He/she should be able to work in grey area with limited information for a
segment that is new and without a directly relatable history. Identify trends
and patterns and conduct fieldwork as required. Ability to create powerful,
convincing and story-like presentations with relevant examples and imageries is a Plus. Take care of related end to end process from Vendor interactions, Procurement to PO release.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech with experience as \xe2\x80\x9cResearch executive/ manager\xe2\x80\x9d. MBA is a plus. 5 years of experience is ideal.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Microsoft Power point, Excel and Graphs, Google docs, Canva,
Riding two wheelers.

Behavioural Skills

Resourcefulness, Time management, Ability to meet strict deadlines. Mood boarding, Passion for automobiles.
