The Role As a part of the product team at TripStack, your primary responsibility will be to support the Product team as the Web Connection SME. You will work with stakeholders, clients and scrum teams to make sure the end product meets business requirements and aligns with overall business goals. Requirements Responsibilities Define product goals and translate them into features Collect feedback from end users and stakeholders Ensure technical teams follow product defined guidelines and processes Work directly with PMs, EMs and TLs to oversee product development Create and managing the web connections product backlog and ensure the backlog is communicated to all teams Attend sprint ceremonies, retros and grooming sessions as the product SME Help to determine acceptance criteria and testing use cases with QA Establish product requirements and user expectations with the Scrum team Scope features, define value propositions, and identify success metrics Closely oversee the technical integration of web connections and understand the architecture behind the scenes Help to keep internal technical teams accountable for quality output and product delivery Represent the voice of the end consumer throughout the development process Always have an eye on profitability, unit economics and uptime Monitor traffic/sales received from clients always questioning discrepancies Desired Skills And Experience 4+ years of well-rounded travel industry experience (with focus on LCC carriers) Strategic thinker with critical decision making skills Strong experience in data-backed decision making/statistics/market research Output and delivery driven experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with significant context switching Passion for problem solving and root cause analysis Team player The ability to dig in deep.
