Job Description

The Ardia Platform is the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division\'s (CMD) next-generation application and data platform on which our future ecosystem will be built. As Business Analyst, UI/UX, you will use your design sensibility and attention to detail to deliver apps to enable our customers to effectively and efficiently manage the Ardia ecosystem and build UI components that can be reused across our organization to enable the delivery of a harmonized brand experience. This role will work with product management, UX designers, engineering, and customers to develop solutions that are both functional and pleasant to use.

Responsibilities

• Define the goals and vision for your functional area
• Build, prioritize, and deliver on a backlog aligned to the platform strategy
• Collaborate with engineering for rapid shared understanding of requirements, leading to high-quality output
• Own cross-functional interactions vital for the scalable delivery of your features
• Empathize with and deeply understand your customer personas and the key problems we are solving for

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a product role with a track record delivering tech products in an agile environment that delight customers
• Strong systems level and first-principles thinking
• Highly organized, creative, and motivated, energized working in an entrepreneurial culture
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Must have strong attention to details
• Strong understanding of lab operations workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in the Human Factors, IT, or Sciences space or equivalent experience
• Experience with on-prem or cloud enterprise software
• Experience in the 21 CFR Part 11 and pharma compliance space

Location and Work Environment:
We are hiring in Bangalore, India. However, this position provides the opportunity for worldwide travel and exposure to many Thermo Fisher business units.
