• The candidate will be supporting ELOQUA worldwide and working closely with project managers and other closely knitted teams like E Commerce.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Should have marketing process knowledge.
• Good hands on in Marketing Operations, and Marketing Automation and Campaign Development,
• Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, as would need to engage with partners to understand their business needs and requirements and work closely with colleagues, and customers to gather information, so they need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as be good listeners.
• Must have good hands on experience on Digital marketing tools like ELOQUA
• Good understanding on E Commerce
• Strong project management skills and expertise in designing and implementing process improvements. Project management responsibilities include managing internal non-technical business projects from initiation through completion. Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results. Interprets requirements, identifies project scope, plans and directs schedules, monitors project budgets, assigns tasks and tracks performance and milestone achievement Recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, resource additions or scope changes.
• Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement efforts
• Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements
• Proven technical, analytical and functional skills necessary to build automated programs
• Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
• Participate in the problem resolution
• Create marketing metrics, custom reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions
• Problem-solving abilities: Must have strong troubleshooting skills to find new ways to help clients achieve their goals
• Advanced level in MS-Excel.

Desired Requirement :

• Prior digital marketing experience.
• Certified in ELOQUA
• Good hands on in Marketing tools

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.

Typically 5+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.

Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
