About the Role: 09 S&P Global Commodity Insights The Team: The Internal Product Management team focus on building products that are used internally by Commodity Insights to create content, pricing and analytics for customers. This role sits within the Content Portfolio, working with a motivated and effective team to deliver on the company\'s strategic objectives. The Impact: This role will be a key tactical interface between core business and technology teams as a product owner while working with Product Managers and other key stakeholders to write and groom users stories along with a mature scrum team, to identify LEAN improvement opportunities, to evaluate delivered features against the expectations of the business, technology and content teams in Commodity Insights. Your experience will enable you to contribute from the outset, translating strategy into actionable tasks and work with cross-functional agile teams to execute those requirements. You will be working on a mixture of existing and new applications and processes, continually leveraging your knowledge to be an active participant in the new and expanded projects the content portfolio is engaged in. Responsibilities: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and capturing feature requests and enhancements using Agile methodologies (creation of user stories, features and epics, maintenance of backlog), prioritization of those requirements and facilitating any conflict of requirements. Construct workflow diagrams studying system capabilities writing specifications, user guides, training materials and release notes Identifying/evaluating areas of risk and devising mitigation strategies using analysis of production incidents, user feedback sessions, satisfaction surveys and informal interaction with users and stakeholders. Creating a great working relationship with the build team - collaborating with them in Agile ceremonies, communicating priorities, conflicts and delivery dates and providing them with clear, well thought out features for them to execute. Prioritizing and organizing your own work through planning, organization and time management What We\'re Looking For: A minimum of 3-5 years\' experience in business analysis, quality engineering or a related field. The ability to partner with and influence stakeholders to use good judgement and determine acceptable solutions Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Ability to support multiple projects in parallel without guidance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact appropriately with a diverse set of stakeholders, partners and users Must be self-driven and able to work independently while contributing to overall team culture and deliverables.
