Job Requirements:

• Under limited supervision, responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex and cross-functional project-oriented work efforts.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leads project activities through meeting facilitation, managing project scope, and communicating progress.
• Assists in the development of business cases, financial analysis, and all aspects of costing and managing project financials develops and manage project budgets and spending.
• Drafts and reviews documentation in compliance with the FedEx global development process and ensures all project deliverables are in compliance with the FedEx global development process.
• May develop and/or execute test scripts against requirements. Provides mentoring for those in less senior positions.

• SAFe - Scaled Agile Frameworks
• Responsible for Product Roadmaps, User Stories, Deliverables, and technical translation from Business.
• Logistics domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Sales technology, and a large amount of data exposure are helpful.
• Sequencing and Solutions
• Any Agile/Quality / Project management certifications are added advantage.
• Growing to be a manager.

• Bachelor\'s Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• Requires five (5) or more years of equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment.
• A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
