Your responsibilities will include * Team Management:

  • Leading a cross functional matrix team
  • Tracking the team for required delivery & next steps
  • Running/conducting daily team meetings
  • Client Management
  • Extensive Global Client Management
  • Keeping Client & Matrix teams honest
  • Product usage & client feedback and build consensus; persuade & influence our Clients to ensure the right solution is agreed
  • Consult client on requirements
  • Product Management:
  • Backlog refinement/grooming
  • Break down complex requirement in simpler tasks
  • Gathering and analysing of client requirements
  • Creating functional specifications & business design document for the requirements gathered
  • Recording the requirements and potential solutions in the form of a feature list
  • Scheduling and leading the feature review meeting to explain the requirements to the dev and design team
  • Agreeing the solution with the team
  • Envisage the end-to-end solution and impact of a change across ancillary eco-system applications
  • Liaising with designers to get the UX and UI right and finalise the design
  • Drafting test scenarios OR writing or where applicable reviewing and approving test scripts
  • Reporting of risks/issues where applicable
  • Testing the wireframes and UIs on customers to get early feedback
  • Prioritisation of requirements and seek sign-off of the specification
  • Passing the design docs and requirements to developers
  • Testing the solutions
  • Preparing release notes and creating artifacts which will help Clients manage change (user guide, self-service guides)
  • Training the Clients
  • Carrying out demonstrations of the platform/new feature. Also, record demo videos which can be leveraged in subsequent rollouts
  • Triaging any bugs during UAT of the deliverable
  • Gaining sign off from the customer for release to Production
  • Data Migration & Clean-up
  • Review competitor products and new technology to keep abreast of software developments
Qualifications
  • 12+ years!
  • Must have excellent analytical skills with a focus on finding solutions to business problems via technology
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the business and its commercial, information and technical requirements
  • Knowledge of designing software end-to-end, i.e. from requirements analysis to design to implementation and to roll-out, is essential
  • Experience in managing software applications that solve business problems is essential
  • Creative problem-solving skills are essential
  • Must be a good communicator with the ability to persuade and influence
  • Good written & documentation skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management is highly desirable
  • Ability to continuously prioritise and manage a considerable workload
  • Previous experience in IT/Consulting business is desirable
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is desirable
  • Strong experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies is a must
  • Proven ability to manage & deliver with matrix teams
  • Work with diverse global clients
