Product Owner
Job Description
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams
Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product
Primary Skillset
Min Engineering Bachelor’s degree
5+ years experience in product development and overall 8+ years of experience
In-depth knowledge of SAFE agile process and principles
Proficient in using tools like Jira, Jama, Miro or equivalent
Understanding of business value around feature/functions
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
Secondary Skillset
Domain knowledge in Avionics
Have worked as a product owner for products/system/feature that uses web platform
