Responsibility You will be the Product Owner responsible for delivering on our digital foundation. You will be involved with multiple stakeholders across the bank, to ensure we balance sales, development, digital user needs and compliance related questions. You will be responsible for the backlog for your squad of approx. 10 squad members. HR responsibility sits with the chapter leads in the tribe. A proactive and pragmatic Product Owner with digital competencies who can help define the future setup of our channels offering by balancing ongoing digital deliveries and a strategic purpose to simplify our digital offering. You ensure the user-needs and have good dialogues with the customer facing units, and is capable of driving a complex project with many stakeholders. Experience as a PO is considered as a plus but not a requirement.
You are eager to learn and develop your own skills both towards understanding of our business customers and our digital solutions in an agile setup. You can either be based in the Nordics or in Bangalore Be part A position with a lot of influence on the services we deliver, where you work together with an energetic team to deliver concrete value. You will have plenty of opportunity to grow your understanding of core banking elements from both a system and a user perspective, and how to tie these two things together to ensure we have the right technical setup to support the needs of our users.
