Responsibilities : Design and maintain Frameworks & accelerators for Agile, DevOps and Product Ways of Working Design next-generation core operational solutions and building future ready operating models, enabling our clients to serve customers better, quickly respond to an ever-changing marketplace and deliver winning financial performance Create playbooks detailing the ways of working - roles & responsibilities, events, metrics etc Drive evangelization campaigns/ discussions with customers - internal and external Create training content and enable internal delivery and sales leadership, clients, etc Identify potential accounts to implement product centric value delivery Driving product centric value delivery conversations for proactive pitch with client, delivery & sales Provide pre-sales support, as required Additional Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience in agile delivery / transformation / training / coaching Discipline expert in agile practices (Scrum, SAFe) Strong understanding of the Agile & DevOps operating models Should have worked in a product organization Experience in coaching and leadership skills Strong negotiation skills and willingness to confront and be confronted Strong organizational change management orientation An effective communicator at all levels, in both structured and non-hierarchical, informal structures Strong political savvy and sensitivity to cultural diversity Understanding of the difference between consulting and coaching and knowing when to apply each Hands-on experience and previous accountability for delivery outcomes using Agile practices Commitment to grow through continually improving your own skills and approaches Knowledge of agile tools Specific domain knowledge is an added advantage not mandatory
