What you will be doing?

  • Managing and prioritizing the product\'s backlog of features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as development, design, and marketing, to ensure that each product is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Communicating progress and status updates to senior management and other stakeholders and managing expectations around product delivery timelines and feature sets.
  • Work with product and leadership teams to ensure that all product roadmaps are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end launch of new product initiatives

You Should...

  • Have prior work experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in product management
  • Have hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Be a proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Be attentive to details.
  • Have a familiarity with Agile.
