Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. The Oracle EBS Projects Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic development, execution, and lifecycle of our Oracle EBS Projects product suite. This includes end-to-end management of Oracle EBS Projects modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Project Resource Management, amongst others. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and align the product strategy with the organization\'s overall goals. Proven experience in product management, preferably with Oracle EBS Projects. Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Projects modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Project Resource Management. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align various stakeholders. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
