Product Management Role

Responsibilities :

- Set product strategy and vision

- Define product requirement; Write product development briefs to outline requirements

- Work with product development teams to deliver effectively to the market

- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load

- Partner closely with Business Leader, Customer Service, Operational, Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure alignment with product goals

- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

- Work to constantly improve our product; Continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey

Required Skill Set :

- Work during the early days of big tech/product-3-5 years- experience in Product

- Experience in taking a product to a scale of 1M MAU at least

- Worked on scalable product with 3+ years of proven experience at building high-impact products at scale.

- Prior relevant work experience in product management in a fast-moving environment

- Experience in B2C domain is a must, extra points for- edtech or gaming.

- Experience in developing and evolving products; A record of successful product delivery

- Prior experience in building products from scratch - have seen 0-1 journey of product development and taking it to the market

- Proven track record of customer obsession

- Experience working closely with software and UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer complex products; Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs especially in an ambiguous environment

- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results

- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills

- B.Tech and MBA or equivalent experience
