: Job Role:
Key objective is to enhance cards positioning in digital space and transform legacy experience across all customer touch-points.
Experience in designing end to end digital journeys on mobile, netbanking platforms
Focus on innovation and design journeys leading to reduced TAT, lower cost of acquisition & remarkable customer experience.
Creating digital footprints with a deepening focus on digital origination through extensive interactions with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with all key stakeholders to build best-in-class customer journeys with focus on using Digital tools like VKYC, BRE, DAP for Instant decision across digital and non-digital channels.
Engage with tech teams to create smarter solutions for end to end lead management, digital onboarding for both NTB and ETB customers.
Building long term partnerships with online aggregators / fintechs for co-origination, data modelling, enriching existing base with alternate data sources etc.
Job Requirements:
Experience in managing digital initiatives
Ability to design digital customer journeys across mobile, web etc.
Ability to influence teams in different business functions
Excellent team player
Ability to ideate and look for areas of business opportunity
