JOB TITLE: PRODUCT MANAGER

It is an alternative investment platform for gold assets. It allows users to buy, sell & deal in gold assets. Offers tools to assess creditworthiness and manage financial plans of users. Also, provides solutions to develop investment plans for the future.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a product manager you will create and improve customer experiences, generate new product ideas and outline detailed product strategies. You will own the entire lifecycle of our products, and have a far reaching impact on how different stakeholders consume our products.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with all stakeholders: typically engineering, design and business to develop and steer our product roadmap.

- Analyze the user impact of product features and define key metrics for success.

- Create and document usage scenarios for existing features.

- Research, mine and develop competitor intelligence.

- Write sharp and clear product documents for upcoming features.

- Coordinate with various functions to ensure product/feature roll-out within defined timelines and understand product priorities.

- Track, triage and understand existing product defects to increase product USP.

- Influence our product roadmap by advocating for the user and educating the team on key design concerns

- Analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.

- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the engineering team and leadership

SKILLS :

- 3+ years of experience in product management, building products or problem solving.

- Experience with Fintech (Payments/Lending/Wealth/Insurance) or Consumer Products is preferred.

- Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication.

- Obsession over getting the product details right, but knows how to ship on time.

- Strong product documentation skills.

- A bias for action and tenacious focus on how our products impact users and the business.

- Experience working with product management tools (we use JIRA and LINEAR).

- Fluency in commonly used design software (FIGMA!).

- Ability to influence and inspire a cross functional team to reach ambitious business goals

GOOD TO HAVE :

- Understanding of Fintech enablers like AA, iSpirit, OCEN, etc.

- Technical background is a bonus if you've worked as a developer at some point.
