Roles and Responsibility : Product Development Officer As a Product Development Officer in our agribusiness division, you will play a pivotal role in the development of new agricultural products, from concept to market launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and leverage your technical knowledge to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Product Ideation and Conceptualization: Identify market trends and customer needs within the agribusiness sector.
Generate new product ideas and concepts that align with the company\'s strategic objectives.
Work closely with the research and development team to develop feasible product concepts. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand market dynamics, competitors, and customer preferences.
Analyze data and market insights to identify opportunities for product development and improvement. Project Management: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely product launches.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to execute product development projects. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of product development processes, including research findings, design specifications, and test results.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on agricultural regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.
Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, agricultural engineering, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in product development within the agribusiness industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
