Job Description
CaratLane is looking for Procurement Support Intern.The position is in Visual Merchandising team.Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Initiating and maintaining order sheets from stores and vendors.
- Managing all VM related vendors and ensuring correct inventory is maintained at all times.
- Solving courier related issues for faster deliveries and maintaining reports for dispatches and receipt.
- Streamlining processes and follow up with vendors for on time quotation, Invoice and delivery.
- Updating PO and payment confirmation to vendors and tracking pending payments for the same.
- Supporting regional visual merchandisers for material /vendor and delivery timeline related queries.
- Maintaining monthly report and coordination with other team members.
- Provides interface between internal team and vendors.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills along with listening ability.
- Able to handle stress and active problem solving skills.
- Outstanding organization knowledge
- Highly computer literate
- Strong time management skills
- Proactive and response driven
- Flexible to provide effective support within time limits.
Contract length: 6 monthsSalary: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift
- MIDC, Mumbai - 400093, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
