Innovate high-purity, high-performance chemicals and materials

• Represent PMT in the CORP reviews.

• Build and assist in setting PMT Spend/Save e-auction AOP, driving/follow up with all GBE leaders and Commodity leaders to load eAuctions in the system.

• Manage risk to e-auction AOP spend/save through e-auction spend/save analytics.

• eAuction pipeline development - Analyze and review with each leader about their commitment to e-auction AOP.

• Innovate and improve Compass e-auction tool. Enhance HUE to increase supplier/Honeywell usage. User Acceptance Testing and approve new ideas for Compass before it’s implemented into production site.

• Identifying gaps to Cost Savings Cost Avoidance Metrics / Identifying e-auction Opportunities within categories /Gap Analysis to AOP.

• Strategy planning/decision making to ensure e-auction process better aligned with HGR Efforts and Buy Honeywell.

• Extracting & analyzing data from OneSource and help in identifying opportunities for respective commodities.

• Identify qualified suppliers through evaluating current supply base for that commodity & propose the same to Commodity Managers and end users.

• Coaching/mentoring, internal trainings for team members.

• Work with end users/ commodity managers to develop RFP/RFQ and get response from suppliers.

• Setup projects roll out RFQ, shortlist suppliers and conduct Auctions.

• Analyze competitive bids and report out summary to Commodity Managers.

• Conduct user/ supplier Trainings on auction tool and as SME’s facilitate trouble shooting of issues with the tool as and when required.

• Following up with respective project owners to ensure projects are awarded and closed within the timeline committed.

• Drive Bid Award standardization across businesses

• Drive Compass enhancement by closely working with Compass team, suggest enhancements to further improve the tool

• Drive Compass adoption across business, leverage the tool for all eSourcing events

• Ensure eAuction guidelines are updated regularly

• Implement eSourcing best practices, maintain FAQs, organizing regular knowledge sharing sessions

• Excellent knowledge of xSBG exception from eSourcing perspective

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Procurement / Sourcing

• The candidate should have excellent relationship management & communication skills since the job will involve interacting with suppliers.

• Hands on experience on any eSourcing tool. (Preferred Compass)

• The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all levels of employees and management as the candidate will be required to liaise with Sourcing and Supplier counterparts

• The candidate should be well versed with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, and Outlook. This job may also require using various applications (Microsoft or others).
