About the Department Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency. The Position As a Process / Project Manager the key responsibility: Process Improvement - Identify process inefficiencies and implement ways toresolve them. Data definitions & standards - Drives global organization to follow standard process and have overview of any exceptions. Technology platforms - Implementation of system improvements incl. automation for functional part of global process owned. Project Management - drive Novo Nordisk cross functional Procurement and Finance projects on budget, scope and within timeline. Engage Department leads in the Solutioning, project to plan, scope, and track & close the operational excellence projects. Senior Stakeholder Management at all organisational levels, mainly Procurement and Finance. Actively involved in design Future process in line with Finance/ GBS strategy as contributing member of core Project team. Qualifications CA/ICWA/CMA/MBA + Bachelor\'s degree from recognized university (or equivalent). PMP, or similar project management training. 10-12Years of experience with majority of the exposure in the Procure to Pay domain. Experience from an international work environment. Strong Project Management skills and experience - proven track record in supporting operational excellence, Process efficiency, Lean projects. Experience with ERP system (SAP). Preferred, exposure to Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau. Self-driven and dedicated/desire to influence. Functional competencies (Includes Knowledge\'s and Skills). Drive project problem solving, including defining and clarifying problems, structuring and prioritising issues, identifying analyses and approach, and developing recommendations. Strong and proven skills within stakeholder management and change management. Ability to work with and challenge stakeholders at the highest organisational level Excellent communication skills.
