JOB DESCRIPTION Basic Requirements: To work under minimal supervision and should be self-driven Capacity to think creatively, yet pragmatically Strong Operations management and BFS knowledge Experience in setting up operations and quality framework (FTE estimation, QA planning, Metric reporting etc.) Good skills on preparing Project Presentations and documentations Familiar with working in a project environment including planning, deliverables, progress tracking and reporting Good communication and interpersonal skills Good negotiation skills Knowledge on Microsoft Project,MS Office (PowerPoint and Advance Excel) and Visio Knowledge on Six Sigma and quality processes Plan, design and deliver transition projects Own and execute Transitions (proposal support, Transition planning) and Transition Phase (Initiation, planning, execution and handover) Manage and track project deliverables and milestones Follow Project Management and Governance model and processes Work closely with project stake holders and delivery team Maintain good business relationship with project stake holders End to end responsibility for the projects Provide project updates and reporting to stakeholders Coordinate with Client partner, Customer, Sr. Management, Operations and support teams Lead scoping discussions for process walkthrough, in-out scope activities, AHT, Volume, SLA/KPI, FTE estimation, QA planning Coordinating with various functions during the course of transition Smooth handover to operations team ABOUT THE TEAM eClerx provides critical business operations services to over fifty global Fortune 500 clients, including some of the world\'s leading companies across financial services, cable & telecom, retail, fashion, media & entertainment, manufacturing, travel & leisure, software, and high-tech.
