Team Description:

The Consumer Data Use Council (CDUC) evaluates and approves requests to use consumer data. To accomplish this task, the CDUC works with a large array of Control Partners across the firm to evaluate and approve uses cases. The CDUC provides exposure to the cutting edge business initiatives, marketing campaigns, modeling and machine learning initiatives. The vast majority of uses cases are submitted by Analytics teams seeking to leverage consumer data (e.g. Card, Auto, Home Lending, Small Business and Business Banking data). Once a case is submitted, the CDUC evaluates the legal, regulatory and reputational risks associated with the proposed use case.

Role Description:

The Consumer Data Use team is looking for a candidate with advanced experience in Confluence and Tableau development to help create a new customer friendly team web page capable of providing an interactive user experience. The candidate must possess the ability to translate the data provided by the CDUC Review Process into OKRs and KPIs that will tell our story to executives stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will take Data Use Case materials from Case Managers and help build materials for our weekly/monthly review meetings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements, develop and manage team Confluence site
  • Develop Data Use intake form and supporting database
  • Using Tableau - Build/Manage team metrics for Data Use tracking and performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs)
  • Compile Data Use Case documentation from our Case Managers for Weekly/Monthly meetings
Qualifications
  • Must be a strong, independent contributor capable of problem solving and driving a project to completion
  • Must have ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Must be comfortable manipulating and summarizing large quantities of data
  • Experience in developing advanced metrics, data visualization and presentations with Tableau, Alteryx and Jira
  • Experience in developing web interfaces (SharePoint, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience in working with Collabra/DataBook
  • Experience in procedure/policy documentation
  • Experience in developing process flows and documenting processes in detail
  • Experience in designing/developing training a BONUS
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and flexibility in priorities and a changing environment
