Education :B.TECH/B.E.;Chemical Experience :5-10 Years Industry :FERTILIZER Work Time : Salary : 30000 /- Per Month Incentive : Language Known : Phone : +9198******** Email : ****@*****.com Website : www.******.com : Working experience of Batch processes /continuous processes in Fertilizer plant. Knowledge and handling of Process Equipment, viz., Hopper, Mixer,conveyor, separators, Bagging Knowledge of PFDs &IDs Communication & Coordination with other department (Maintenance, Process operation and customer. Strong knowledge of fertilizer processes and equipment functionality. Strong knowledge of DCS ,PLC and process control strategies. Follow up with customer Follow up with Vendors Procurement of bought out items Plan, schedule, and coordinate Process Engineering activities. Making Process Flow Calculations Making sure all chemical engineering activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations
