• Job Title – Process Engineer: Tooling / Fixture Development
• Location – Jaipur
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Work Experience - 4-6Years

Assembly Tooling:-

• Develop new and improved tooling standards to improve overall assembly tooling performance.
• Work with the Product Managers and Product Engineers to develop Assembly Tools, Jigs & Fixtures.
• Manage tool design, fabrication, and validation.
• Training to the production for the utilization & maintenance for the Industrial tools, Jigs & Fixtures.
• Estimating costs and preparing budgets for tooling/fixture of new projects or product lines.

Process Development:-

• Production Process Finalization: PFMEA /Process Sequence/Critical Process Control.
• Standard Operating procedure/process sheet development & update for plant operations.
• Developing new methods for assembly to improve productivity.
• Layout improvement & layout designing.

Safety:-

• HIRA, For the tools & fixtures – Analyzing impact on product process & people.

Kaizen & Improvement (Qty):-

• Initiate and implement process improvement ideas.
• Initiating projects for implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Evaluating new technology applications to reduce waste and increase efficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Implementing Kaizen/Poka-Yoke concepts while designing tooling & fixtures.
