Process Engineer
Job Description
.Performing Simulation studies and developing Heat & Mass Balance sheet .Sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines .Preparation of PFD, P&ID .Preparation of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments .Estimation of Power load .Preparation of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual .Preparation of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram .Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations .Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines .To provide engineering support to Lead Engineers for contract execution. .To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to him. .To ensure that the documents/deliverables, generated, are in order before issuing it to others. .To anticipate and discuss any potential delays and problems, if a with the Lead Engineer .To co-ordinate with the fellow Job Engineers and Lead Engineers for smooth progress of the contract .To close audit findings in a timely manner. .To provide inputs as and when required to the relevant disciplines and to designers .To identify the inputs required for Need list and Hold list and update
