1. Preparation of Capacity of processes and equipments using cycle time study. 2. Plan Internal process audits and periodic reviews in order to meet overall Quality Standards as per organization\'s objectives. 3. Ensure execution of periodic training programmes on EMS, OHS and QMS awareness for the concerned employees. 4. To visit supplier\'s work places to identify and evaluate their process and quality controls. 5. Preparation and maintenance of EHS, OHS and QMS: Control documents as per ISO 6. Plan and coordinate with External auditors for factory audits, process audits, system audits, etc. 7. Monitoring consumption of material; BOM vs. Actual. 8. Review, modify and evaluate the existing process design. Use this knowledge for performing process qualifications at defined frequency. 9. Capacity Enhancement: Plan and achieve the capacity improvement target based on CapEx and Management Improvement Plan. 10. Develop jigs, fixtures, tools and measurement facilities. 11. Identify and visit to suppliers for development of machines, Jig/Fixtures, measurement facilities and tools. 12. Identify critical parameters for processes and develop yearly plan for Process capability (Cpk) calculation. Monitor actual with planned. 13. Implement corrective & preventive actions based on customer complaints, feedback, and internal inputs. 14. Prepare, review and release operating procedures and manufaturing cautions for processes. 15. Know how about TPM and its documentation. 16. Preparation and monitoring of Asset list, Installation and commissioning of assets and control documents of assets. 17. Preparation and monitoring of APQP, PFC, PFMEA and control plan as per ISO standards. 18. Maintaining documents as per ISO standards, Business standards and customer requirements.
