- Facility identification and equipment mapping for New Products at the Manufacturing site.
- Controlling and maintaining process parameters as per technical region.
- Monitoring Safe Operations of the Unit & operating the equipment’s as per standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Raising Scale-up concerns to the Group Leaders regarding Process / Chemistry during demo or before Scale-up.
- Monitoring and maintaining the highest of Safety Standards in the Facilities
- Drive process improvement activities including yields, cycle time.
- Reporting all the abnormalities and failure to the responsible department and to take corrective measure.
- Managing & Leading team of process engineers
