Description:
- Preparation of PFD, P&IDs, Process mapping.
- Coordinating with Project Management department, R&D Team.
- New product process evaluation, feasibility of handling Hazardous chemicals.
- Generation of scale up data in lab like all engineering parameters i.e., mixing calculations, rate of filtration, rate of heating and cooling, distillation time, reagent addition time, utility (cooling/Heating media) calculation.
- Scale up and technology transfer activities & monitor the validation batches at pilot & production scale.
- Routine checkup of all process equipment.
- Controlling and maintaining process parameters as per technical region.
- Deft in monitoring machine performance to deliver products of desired quality.
- Troubleshooting of the process operations during power failure, Instrument Air failure Utility failure.
