: Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency gains. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing engineering principles, and employing data-driven techniques to enhance operational performance and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
\xe2\xae\x9a Design and develop manufacturing processes for electronic components and assemblies,ensuring efficient production and high product quality.
\xe2\xae\x9a Collaborate with design engineers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies
\xe2\xae\x9a Identify opportunities for process improvements, yield enhancements, cycle time reductions,and cost savings.
\xe2\xae\x9a Conduct process capability studies, root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions for process inefficiencies.
\xe2\xae\x9a Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
\xe2\xae\x9a Collaborate with Quality Control to develop and implement effective quality control procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
\xe2\xae\x9a Participate in quality audits, analyze quality data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
\xe2\xae\x9a Identify opportunities for process improvements, yield enhancements, cycle time reductions,and cost savings.
\xe2\xae\x9a Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
\xe2\xae\x9a Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
\xe2\xae\x9a Provide training to production teams to ensure proper execution of manufacturing processes.
\xe2\xae\x9a Lead or contribute to process-related projects from concept to implementation, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.

Qualifications:
\xe2\xae\x9a Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
\xe2\xae\x9a 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
\xe2\xae\x9a Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
\xe2\xae\x9a Proficiency in process simulation, data analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
\xe2\xae\x9a Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to identify and address process challenges.
\xe2\xae\x9a Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
\xe2\xae\x9a Project management abilities to lead and execute process improvement projects.
