Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer- HR Generalist
In this role candidate will be working with HR operations team handling end to end recruitment activities
Responsibilities
- Engage & work with key internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed relationship for Staffing, HRSS and strategic HR interventions
- Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team
- Train, mentor and leading HR initiatives and best practices.
- Direct interaction with the customer and Client Management skills
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
- Able to prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines and escalate any issues quickly
- Should be a good team player, ready to accommodate to customer timelines and deliverables
- Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and integrity
- Proven experience and track record of solving problems
- Strong attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications
- Any Graduate from UGC affiliated universities
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word)
