Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Revenue Strategy
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy & Operations, this individual will have an opportunity to join the team that designs systems and strategies to renew our world class agents.

The Senior Associate will work closely with our Regional Presidents and our functional leaders at headquarters to provide strategic and execution support, including developing a data-based view of the business, identifying and executing high impact business priorities, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to deliver results.
Responsibilities and Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S.
• 5-7 years of experience
• Ability to multi¬task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders
• Advanced analytical skills: highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets or Tableau, ability to gather and clean data, quickly and correctly execute analyses, and draw out relevant insights
• Advanced knowledge of project management
• Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• High energy and positive attitude
