Position Description:
10-15 Years - Process Consultant (AC)
- In-depth ITIL Based – Infrastructure Services Process knowledge
- Quality System knowledge - ISO9001 / ISO2000 / ISO27001 / CMMi SVC
- In depth knowledge of Service Delivery Planning, Delivery Governance and Service Transition
- Hands on experience of Process Consultation, Conducting Periodic Audits (Process and Ticket Quality Audits) and QA status reporting
- Ability to perform Engagement Health Check and assess engagement Quality / Delivery risk
- Conducting Engagement level improvements assessment and helping for improvement case studies
- End to End Managed Service Transition Planning and Estimation.
- Knowledge of Application or Infrastructure based transitions and transition audits (Infrastructure Preferred)
- Managed Services Delivery Experience preferred
- Ability to study existing quality system and define new / improvise existing process
- Ability to mentor and lead Quality Team
- Ability to train Delivery Team on Quality System / Process / Metrics and Statistical Knowledge
- Certification of ITIL v3 and above
- ITSM Tools – Remedy, Service Now, HPSM, Jira etc
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
- Ready to work in shifts. General shift and 1PM to 10PM shift.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
