As a Process Automation Developer within our Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes through the deployment of automation technologies. You will contribute to our overarching goal of elevating efficiency and reducing complexity across various functions by developing and implementing automation solutions that are in sync with our digital transformation strategy.

This position demands technical acumen, creative problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. You will work under the guidance of senior staff to craft and refine automation systems, making a direct impact on the organization\'s productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation solutions in alignment with enterprise system requirements.
  • Support senior developers in the design and architecture of scalable automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and contribute to the full lifecycle of automation projects.
  • Utilize RPA, workflow automation, custom scripting, and REST APIs to create effective process solutions.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of automation systems, contributing to improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in operational support tasks, addressing and resolving issues within the automation portfolio.
  • Uphold best practices in coding, testing, and deployment strategies, under senior guidance.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, such as design documents and specifications.
  • Participate in technical reviews, code walkthroughs, and ensure best practices are maintained.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure successful deployment and operational integration of automation solutions.
  • Engage in the ongoing learning of new technologies and methodologies within process automation and AI.

Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in developing automation solutions with platforms such as UiPath.
  • Experience with programming languages like Python or C#.
  • Familiarity with system integration using REST APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of database technologies and query languages like SQL.
  • Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
  • Awareness of OCR technologies and document processing.
  • Knowledge of software design principles.
  • Familiarity in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • About 5+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years of experience in process automation or related technology fields.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
