The Role: Process Automation Developer

The Team:

Finance Automation is a growing team within Corporate Finance organization supporting many critical functions including Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Accounting Operations, Treasury and T&E among many others. In addition, the team supports divisional Finance teams with their automation initiatives. The team is a leader in delivering innovation and automation to the critical Finance operations processes by using such tools as Robotic Process Automation, Data Transformation and Visualization and Automatic Process Mining.

The Impact:

Finance Automation Team delivered a significant number of important automation projects over the last 12-18 months. These included a large number of RPA bots (Blue Prism) as well as other types of automation, such as Alteryx workflows. This position will provide critical support, implementing enhancements to existing automations as well as troubleshooting and issues that end users experience with running the automations.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance of existing RPA bots and implement enhancements as requested by business.

Troubleshoot issues reported by business via support tickets

Managing operations to ensure that BAU is not getting impacted.

Proactively take steps to ensure functioning of all the running bots.

Participate in automation tools upgrades and related testing.

Support trials of new automation tools.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Expertise in Blue Prism. Expertise in other RPA tools (UIPath, Power Automate, etc, a plus)

Analytical mindset and strong in logical reasoning

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong desire to learn new automation tools, including RPA, data automation and visualization

Prior experience in a large corporate finance organization working with process improvement/automation is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

Individual having minimum 1 year of experience in Blue Prism.

Should be Blue Prism Level 1 certified.

Prior experience of handling Blue Prism Projects as per the best policies.

Knowledge of Excel, Alteryx and reporting tools will be a plus point.
