AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Developer, Robotics Process Automation.

Process Developers have responsibility for supporting the creation and evolution of the delivery framework, mentoring other process developers and developing process automations.Our People First philosophy means creating a culture where people like you can thrive, do meaningful work, and - we hope - stick around for a while. Your Impact

• Design and Build automated processes in the Blue Prism software based on Process Definition Documents provided on Agile way
• Providing technical support for the team, architectural code writing, telling the robotic system "what to do"
• Adapt and develop Blue Prism environment
• Support automations in Production
• Creating and maintaining solution and other relevant documentations e.g PDD, ODI, SDD and etc
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of SAP and/or business processes
• Interest in learning new tools/methodologies
• Financial development background is preferred
• Project experience \xe2\x80\xa2Eagerness to learn and improve
• Interest market leading RPA solutions
• XML Knowledge and MS SQL knowledge

Your Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant Robotics, VB, C# or JavaScript development experience
• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Blue Prism development background is preferred
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Experience in functional design creation, financial transactions, troubleshooting
• Attention to detail
• Fluent English and good interpersonal, communication skills
• Out of the box agile thinking
