Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Claims
Basic Function - This role is primarily to process Workers Compensation claim transactions as per the SLA metrics & procedures defined by the client. This role is also to provide support to claim professionals to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, including reviewing all emails, state form or filing completion, uploading the information and notifying the appropriate recipient.
Responsibilities
- Review tasks or assignments and determine if all necessary information was provided.
- Ensure that transactions are processed as per the Desktop Procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA metrics are met.
- Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by the SLA metrics.
- Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis.
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. as per predefined rosters.
- Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures

- Graduate with Computer literacy (MS Office and Domain knowledge
