In this role, you will be responsible for active participation in transitioning and stabilizing client processes. Handle insurance claims related functions like Intake & FNOL claim setup etc Responsibilities:
High level attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated delivery of high-quality output
Should have sound knowledge of Insurance industry
Knowledge of technology and standard desk top packages: MS/Excel, MS/Word,
MS/PowerPoint, MS/Visio & Outlook
Ability to build relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with onshore client ? must be seen as a proactive, helpful team player
High customer service orientation
Good written and spoken English is a must
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to respond to stretch situations of volume spikes as and when the need arises
Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications
Any Graduate except, BTech, BSC etc
Preferred skills:
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted
Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines
