About the Team

The central Business Excellence team with iworks closely with all business units for all aspects related to Continuous Improvements (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizens, etc.) This team also had members in allied domains like International ISO Standards (QMS/ISMS), data privacy, business continuity, etc. The Continuous Improvement professional in this team works together to support/mentor the business unit's colleagues to achieve organizational and team goals.

we will be working in a hybrid model, 3 days' work from office & 2 days WFH.

What we are looking for

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors or master's degree & technical inclination with an understanding of technology stacks

Any of Celonis-Partner certifications

• Celonis Business Value Architect Certification (renamed: Celonis Customer Value Architect Certification )
• Celonis Solution Professional Certification
• Celonis Implementation Professional Certification
• Celonis App Creator Certification

Technical / Functional Competencies:

• 3+ years of experience and demonstrated ability in writing SQL scripts and creating dashboards

• Creative data visualization

• Experience with data extraction & manipulation using SQL or PL-SQL or T-SQL or equivalent. Google Data Studio or Google Big query is preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to understand and interpret business processes along with strong business acumen

• Proactive and communicative personality with excellent time management

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Good working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies preferred (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma). Six Sigma yellow/ green belt preferred.

• Knowledge of scientific publishing processes is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative, innovative and intelligible dashboards including the most relevant KPIs to get a transparent view of the process

• Work with business teams to capture requirements/ requests for analysis and work towards systematic implementation of requirements into the dashboards

• Create, support, and continuously improve dashboards and metrics that support the business operations

• Convert data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information using SQL

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve the process

Desirable

Understanding of Process Mining concepts & process mining tools like the Celonis Execution Management System

• Mining processes & identifying bottle necks enabling actions for process improvements

• Creating creative & insightful dashboard for management consumption & business decision
