Opportunity to work with a global Private Equity Fund Opportunity to invest and drive strategic initiatives for large organisations . Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, trading, and transaction comparable under the supervision of senior team members. . Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts of different capital structures and potential investment transactions under the supervision of senior team members. . Participate in all stages of transaction executions, with a focus on due diligence, including but not limited to Financial Due Diligence, Legal Due Diligence, and Commercial Due Diligence. Also assist in various aspects of portfolio monitoring/management and exit. . Assist the team in the preparation of presentation materials for use in internal discussions, investment committee meetings, and external meetings with the clients . Conduct market research for prospective investment opportunities and in sectors of interest. Participate in meetings with current and prospective, target companies as well as on-site visits etc. . Asset/portfolio company management. Work closely with portfolio companies in India to implement our value creation plan . Conduct various tasks related to reporting, monitoring investments, market research, and marketing efforts . Coordinate efforts with deal team members across Company and its Affiliates. The Successful Applicant 2 - 4 years of experience in Private Equity/Investment Banking MBA from Tier 1 Educational Institute Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment. Positive with a can-do attitude, organized, resourceful, and self-directed Ability to work collaboratively with team and colleagues across geographies. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, highly conversant with financial modelling and capable of building financial models independently. Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis and experience conducting deep-dive industry analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to balance priorities, work independently with minimal guidance, lead projects and thrive in a high-performance team environment. Strong academic credentials with consistent track record. Ability to travel as required, and flexibility to be based in Mumbai.
