As an Information Technical Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for managing the SAP system Purchase Order Portal and Contract Lifecycle Management system (PO/CLM).

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Hands-on technical SAP BASIS support execution

SAP upgrades and Migration

Database (DB2, Oracle, Hana, Sybase) and OS(Linux, AIX, Windows, HP-UX) performance management

SAP Integration experience-Business objects, Data services, FIM and Financial consolidation

Responsible for the technical support of the of SAP applications

Cloud operational support for SAP and third-party products

Responsible for SAP Systems Availability, capacity, and Performance

Acting as technical expert geographically spread on project assignment and during major incident or escalation

Partner with strategic partners and CW\xe2\x80\x99s executing SAP technical basis activities, project, and business as usual

Manage/influence matrix organizations

Responsible for the Technical SAP Architecture design and optimization within their area of expertise

Lead and participate in incident and change management.

Technical driving and resolving major incidents.

Provide active 24x5 ERP operations support from India with extended on-call support as and when required

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Minimum 10 years SAP Basis hands on and Technical Architecture experience required

Proven hands-on technical SAP BASIS with on-call support

Technical expertise in the following components: SAP upgrades, SAP migration, Database (DB2, Oracle, Hana, Sybase), OS(Linux, AIX, Windows, HP-UX) and Network

Strong SAP NetWeaver experience

Strong large database experience and number of instances.

Involvement in the full project lifecycle of an SAP implementation which included delivery of a new/upgrade of SAP system experience

Experience of hybrid operations (on-prem with cloud integrations i.e. MS Azure)

Experience of working in a global company including being part of a globally dispersed, multi-time zone support team.

Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry experience a plus.

Strong communication skills

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

SAP Integration experience

Software development experience

Experience in full project lifecycle of SAP implementations

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with peers and business stakeholders at varying levels of management

Relationship Building skills across different functional and technical groups

Technical understanding of wide variety of Enterprise Resource Planning systems
