About the role / Description:
As SAP basis administrators you will create and manage user accounts. You will generate and manage SAP roles and profiles, copy changes between systems and manage change requests. You will also be responsible for schedule, monitor, and managing background jobs in our database.
Responsibilities:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Should have 3+ years for L2 & 1+ year for L1 relevant experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
Hands-on experience in SAP ECC, BI, Solution Manager, SAP Fiori with Windows environment.
Experience in troubleshooting performance issues, SAP Authorization, Transport Management, System refresh and SAP upgrade.
Willingness to work 24*7 support.
