Job Summary :

Lead multiple automotive projects involving a variety of leading edge natural language and AI technologies. Good in project management tasks, and drive the team to delivering innovative solutions and customer success. He/she contributes to the project management process, checks it regularly and also able to handle multiple projects at the same time for different geographical locations.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Conducting project, project planning and budget/revenue reviews

Risk analysis and management

Providing guidance to requirements and error managers

Works closely with corresponding team leaders to help establish labor & schedule estimates, support resolution of issues, etc.

Provide diligent internal reports on project status and revenue tracking

Understand Infotainment systems and the Automotive requirements for discussion with customers and internal stakeholders

Ability to Estimate efforts, Budget, Forecast and capacity planning

Contribute to research and technology agendas by providing input from customers and trends observed in customer projects

Provide mentoring, coaching and direction to Project team members

Estimate new work and support Sales team to ensure accuracy of estimates and viability of proposed technical solutions

Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing

Provide guidance and expertise, educate new team members

Work together with project management teams and project management office in other locations

Knowledge, skills, and qualifications
Education: Study of Computer science/ Information technology / E&C, Telecommunication
Minimum years of work experience: 8-14 Years

Required skills

Customer-facing experience managing the full life cycle of complex embedded technology projects

Should have experience handling multiple projects

Proven skills in working directly with customers

Proven risk management and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision

Demonstrated leadership talent to provide direction, motivation and insights to the team members

Experience in team leadership and management

Flexible to work with Team to understand the ground reality and provide solutions

Dynamic personality and flexible attitude

Ability and willingness to handle occasional peak demands

Ability and willingness to travel for short trips.

Preferred skills

Programming skills (C,C++, script languages) are an advantage

Experience with Automotive SPICE

Experience with embedded software development is a strong plus

Nice To Have :

• Understanding of Automotive Projects and Program timelines
• Process Oriented for ASPICE level project
