Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of the product vision, strategy and roadmap

- Create consensus for the product vision both internally and with key UX, dev and cross functional partners

- Work closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features

- Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

- Actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may affect the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

- Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership

- Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities

- Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Skills needed:

- Passionate about building world class products on the web/mobile

- Work experience in the internet/e-commerce industry is preferred

Requirements:

- MS or BS/B Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college, Industry experience of 6-8yrs.

- Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace

- Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment
