What will you be responsible for?

• Understanding and deploying CYBR vision within Data Protection (DATA PROTECTION) function.
• Leading/playing a key role in the design, implementation, and deployment of CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker), processes, and procedures.
• Responsible for end-to-end ownership of CASB design, deployment and configuring endpoint security solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on CASB
• Working with IT teams to gather information needed for DLP solutions and its integration with enterprise systems. Solutions are required to meet the business needs of the enterprise, align with security and regulatory policy, and protect the data of our employees and patients.
• Collaborate with business divisions, Infrastructure, and technology functions to address data security threats.
• Applicable technologies include but are not limited to - MCAS, DatAdvantage

What would your day look like?

• Engage with Global Cybersecurity Team and Providence Global Center in India.
• Participate in design, code/config, test planning and reviews across the feature area, understand the root causes of issues, and find ways to resolve them.
• Adhere to the Providence engineering\'s quality criteria for assigned solutions and services, using measurements and insights to understand and validate the quality of experience for caregivers. Pro-actively and independently develop root cause analyses and process improvement plans.
• Identify areas of automation within assigned solutions and services and drive them towards completion. Reduce Operational issues by improving Engineering practices.
• Automate tasks that are proven to be standard and repetitive or where automation may remove variability and recurring human error.
• Work with managers and customers to understand business requirements, enterprise standards, and other considerations to design, implement, and deploy new or enhance Data Security or Data Loss Prevention technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with Architects, Scrum Master and Engineering Manager to help deliver robust solutions.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an Information Systems role.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant to DLP, CASB with minimum 1 year in Agile mode.
• Preferred 5 years of experience of Solution or Service Engineering within a Healthcare, Pharma or Bio-Technology organization.
• Excellent analytical and business articulation skills with proven track record of collaborative design in an Agile team environment.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA.
• Experience in Scripting Language such as Python, PowerShell, etc,,.
• Preferred knowledge of IAM security standards (ISO/IEC 27002, ISO/IEC 27032, NIST SP 800-53 and 800-63).
• CISSP, CISM certification and/or expertise.
