What you will do: As a Video Analytics expert, leading an inter-disciplinary team, you will take technical leadership on delivering high throughput, robust, real-time video analysis solutions following Stryker design controls and industry best practices and guide design tradeoff decisions. You will be responsible for ensuring integrity/quality of data and annotations, research state of the art model architecture for both accuracy and performance and design edge accelerated video processing pipeline. As Manager you will mentor and grow technical talent within team and hold team accountable to deliver high quality results. Mentor, develop and influence across the business, intentionally building divisional relationships. What you need: Looking at a total work experience of 13+ Years Educational specialty of Master or PhD in computer science, computer engineering or a related science or engineering discipline is required. Minimum 8 years of experience in computer vision / image processing Minimum 4 years of experience with deep learning for image or video analysis Strong programming skills - C/C++, Python, Multi-threading Experience with Azure/AWS for distributed model training at scale Experience in edge deployment for DL models - TensorRT / OpenVINO etc. Ability to give technical direction to team Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in working with distributed teams across geographies in agile setup Good To Have Experience in developing high throughput video streaming or video processing pipeline Experience working with GStreamer / DeepStream, CUDA / OpenCL etc. Knowledge of SiMD development process, controls, and regulations Experience with clinical collaboration Experience leading a 5+ member team for delivering a product/solution About Stryker Stryker is one of the world\'s leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
